Why do you feel lost after graduating?

As natural therapists, our industry tends to be a little different to most.

Unfortunately we are the only health care industry

(and truly one of the only industries in a wider sense!)

which leaves it's new graduates without support.

Which means that we have had limited exposure to "real life" cases

yet are responsible for holding that space all on our own,

and in addition to that,

you must find the confidence to promote yourself

and your services to the general public

whilst building clinical confidence

on your own, with no support.

It's really wild when you stop to think about it,

that our industry has survived at all!

So if you're here feeling lost

or frustrated

that you "can't start"

or have stopped and started a few times.

I want to let you know that it's not your fault

and I'm on a mission to change this!

Clinical confidence grows with sharing stories

with being part of a community which builds it's new members up.

This is what "The Table" membership is for.

I imagine a world where new graduates are supported and held.

Clinical wisdom is shared freely

and support is given through the natural emotional ups and downs

that happen as you step into a new career in supporting humans.

So join us and share it with all of your colleagues

because if we can support our therapists to be truly successful and confident

just imagine the ripple effect that has out into the world!
