To achieve this, our practitioners must feel confident in bringing their wisdom and skills out into their communities. If all practitioners were able to overcome their fears, feel connected and continue learning from one another, they would feel confident in bringing better health care to our communities - ultimately helping all! Too often we see practitioners feel overwhelmed by the business side of clinical practice, meaning so many people miss an opportunity to access their knowledge and wisdom! If natural health care was more accessible to everyone, if our practitioners felt confident and relaxed in their approach to business, I truly believe that the world would be a healthier and happier place.

I want every practitioner to feel confident in running their business, promoting themselves and bringing their ideas to life. I want to help them to understand their fears, to be able to overcome them and for them to bring themselves and their wisdom into the lives of those in their community. Too many practitioners hold themselves back due to fear and overwhelm. I want to change this for you. I want you to feel successful, to learn from others, to connect, to feel supported yourself. By providing ongoing training, business support and emotional support I hope that The Practitioner Table can be a place of respite and inspiration for all practitioners.

WHO AM I? Emma Sternberg A Kinesiologist with a Bachelor of Health Science (Comp. Med), mum of 2 spirited boys and partner to an incredible stay-at-home dad. For 15 years, I've been making sense of why humans do the things that we do! Working with children and adults with every emotional and physical ailment that you can think of. I've loved what I do and have been able to build my business to full time in 2 different locations for many years now. I found working in clinic with other practitioners, business owners and CEOs, I had a natural intuition when it came to business. I think mainly this was because business is a humans challenge! I happen to be quite good at understanding humans and helping them to feel more confident in their skin. When you understand yourself, you can understand your business better. And being one of the only full-time Kinesiologists around, naturally I had other graduates reaching out and asking for business and clinical advice. This was how The Practitioner Table was born. I wanted a space where I could pass on all I could to other practitioners. When I was building my businesses, I always found it difficult to find other business experts who could understand the unique mix that is being a therapist in business! Looking around I also saw many other business coaches who were taking templates from other business coaches and selling them to other coaches. I knew there had to be an alternative! The Practitioner Table is for those who have graduated at a diploma level or higher in their chosen career. You may have just graduated, be graduating soon or graduated quite a few years ago! It's all the same.. when it comes to business, it's not just the practical ups and downs that you have to face.. business is an inner journey. That's where the skills that I have as a therapist, combine with my intuition in business to make a pretty great combination to help you gain the confidence to take your skills out into the world! |
